A backflow assembly is a device required by WA State law to keep your drinking water safe. It's installed on your property to protect your water supply. As a property owner with an irrigation system, you must install and maintain the device per WAC# 246-290-490. It also needs to be tested annually by a State Certified Tester.
That's where we come in. As Washington State Certified Backflow Testers, we visit your property to test your backflow RBPA or DCVA prevention assembly device. Our thorough inspection and testing will determine if your backflow is functioning properly.
After testing, we also submit the inspection report to your water company on your behalf.
There are times when a backflow assembly install or replacement is necessary for residential irrigation systems. If you have any questions or need a free quote, don't hesitate to contact us. A site visit is required for an installation or replacement quote.
When a backflow assembly fails its test, repairs are often needed due to debris or worn-out parts. We can identify this during the inspection test. For simple maintenance or cleaning, there is no charge. However, for larger assemblies or if repairs/parts are needed, additional charges will apply. We will contact you for approval before performing any repairs.
Preparing your sprinkler system for winter is crucial to prevent damage from freezing temperatures.
