Earl is very good and very professional. He spent time with my family to show all steps he perform Backflow testing at my sprinkler unit. Nikki is great at answering my call and text. Highly recommend this Company to family and friends :). Great customer service with fair pricing. I have called multiple company and found 3:16 is the best one.

Jeremy inspected my backflow and found a minor problem. He fixed it immediately and because it was really an easy fix for him, he did not charge me a penny. This company is great and super honest. I highly recommend them.

Jeremy was easy to schedule with with prompt service. He arrived before his scheduled time and was quick to complete his services. The price was extremely reasonable and I could tell by speaking with Jeremy that he is well educated in the world of bsck flows. This company will be my goto in the future.
